A startup has people. Mine has agents. Miya leads, and five specialists each own one job. Each started on its own front door, where its mistakes couldn't break anything else, before it joined the team.

How they work together

I talk to Miya. Rules in code send each message to the agent that owns it; anything no rule claims goes to Miya's model, which asks the specialists and answers in one voice. Every answer passes checks before it reaches me, and every decision is recorded.
